The main challenge here is crafting a Software as a Service (SaaS) that caters to a diverse array of businesses. The design solution aims to assist businesses in various sectors, including grocery stores, pet shops, beauty stores, spas, restaurants, and more. Additionally, the customization process must seamlessly adapt to the unique requirements of each business. The goal is to make it as user-friendly or advanced as per the individual preferences and needs of the users.

Currently, Yalo is making strides in the market, and my role involves designing new features, enhancing existing ones, and identifying opportunities to boost business growth. My focus is on placing the user at the heart of our expansion, which translates to creating a tool that anyone can use, regardless of the type of business they're in.
